You also share your own link everywhere: email signature, social media, a sign in the house and returning guests. That way you use Casa Hero perfectly alongside the platforms: new guests arrive via Airbnb, and once they know you they book directly with you, without commission.
On Airbnb and Booking.com you pay commission on every booking, sometimes as much as 15-20%. With Casa Hero you have your own website where guests book directly with you, without a middleman and without commission. You can use Casa Hero perfectly alongside those platforms for guests who already know you or find you through Google.
You receive the money directly from your guest, Casa Hero is never in between. When a booking request comes in you get an email and confirm the booking, after which you arrange with the guest how they pay, for example by bank transfer or your own payment method. This means we never hold any money and charge no transaction fees or commission. All booking income is and stays yours.
You set your own availability and prices per period in the admin panel. Visitors see which dates are available on your website and can send a booking request. You receive an email and decide yourself whether to accept the request.

After the first year you can cancel at any time, with no notice period or long-term contracts. Upgrading or downgrading your package is also possible whenever you like. Your website stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. In your admin panel you see clear statistics on your revenue, the number of nights booked per period and your occupancy rate. You can also add your own costs there, such as cleaning or maintenance, so you see your net return at a glance. That way you know exactly what your holiday home earns, without keeping separate spreadsheets.
